Vacation with Elwood!

It's almost summer vacation and Elwood is sad to see the students leaving and is worried he will be bored on-campus without them.  With that said, the "Where in the World Elwood" contests will run on Wednesday's only throughout the summer because Elwood wants to take vacations with you! $30,000 gift establishes research program, scholar for geriatric dementia care

The Longwood University Nursing Department will soon begin research on a critically underserved population, according to the study's backer: care for dementia patients.

A $30,000 gift from Drew Hudson '90, president and CEO of The Choice Inc., a staffing company in Washington, D.C., established the Gertrude Hudson Research Scholar for Dementia Care and provides funding for a five-year research program to study interaction with dementia patients. Full Story.
